ThreePointPickem is a free application for playing a private NFL pick'em with people you know. It is provided as-is, with no warranty and no guarantee of availability. It may change or stop working.
No money is handled, wagered, held, or paid out. There is no entry fee, no prize, and no payment processing of any kind. Published bookmaker odds are used as a scoring mechanism — a number to grade a pick against — and nothing more. Whatever your group does among yourselves is between you.
Keep your password to yourself, and do not use somebody else's account. Do not attempt to obtain picks you are not entitled to see, or to submit picks on another person's behalf. Groups are private; do not share a group's contents outside it without the members' agreement.
Scores and odds come from third-party providers and can be wrong or late. When a result is corrected, picks are regraded and the change is recorded. A commissioner can make manual adjustments within their own group, and those are recorded in that group's audit log.
ThreePointPickem is an independent, unofficial application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the National Football League, any NFL team, or any bookmaker. NFL team names and city names are used descriptively, to identify real matchups. All trademarks belong to their owners.
