The exact numbers the app uses: what wins pay, how pushes work, when a team comes back, and why a tie can stay a tie.
Fill three slots, then assign 1, 2, and 3 across them, one number each, for 6 points a week.
| Slot | Market | Side | Uses up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Favorite | spread | favorite | team |
| Underdog | spread | underdog | team |
| Total | team total | — | team |
| Outcome | Pays | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Win | full | Right call. You bank what you staked. |
| Loss | 0 | Wrong call. It happens fast. |
| Push | ×0.5 | Landed exactly on the line. Half your stake, and it does not count against your accuracy — a push was never a wrong call. |
| Void | 0 | Game never played. No points, nothing against your accuracy, and the team comes back to you. |
Accuracy is wins over wins plus losses. Pushes, voids, and bonus picks stay out of that math.
Each team is usable once per season, per slot. Favorite and underdog are separate ledgers, so a team spent as a favorite can still tempt you later as an underdog.
On Thanksgiving and Christmas, every holiday game carries an extra pick: the combined total, over or under, worth 1 point.
Lines are captured once a week from fanduel and frozen. The number you picked against is the number you are graded against, no matter where it moves later. If a market is missing at capture time, the app fills it with the next available one; it does not overwrite numbers that were already set.
A game with no favorite — a pick’em, spread of zero — cannot be used for the favorite or underdog slots. There is no favorite to name.
Every pick locks at its own kickoff, not a weekly deadline. Thursday’s game locks Thursday; Sunday is still yours on Sunday morning. Once a game starts, everyone sees what everyone took.
Settled on points, then on correct picks. A tie that survives both is declared. Two people can share a season, and the rank after a two-way tie for first is third. No alphabetical order. No join-date magic.
Corrections are additive. If a score is fixed after grading, the pick is regraded and the new result is recorded alongside the old one rather than replacing it. Your history shows what changed and why.
